Do you have a maintenance issue but you are too busy to stop by or call our leasing office? No problem! Simply fill out an online service request and we will contact you to setup a day and time to address your concern.

For emergency requests that need immediate attention, please contact our maintenance desk directly at (925) 975-0689 during normal business hours. For after-hours emergency maintenance requests, please call (925) 975-0697.

Please fill out the service request form and include as much detail as possible. This will ensure your request is handled appropriately. The leasing office will be in contact with you to schedule a maintenance appointment.
