Indoor Cats and Some Dogs Welcome with Additional Fees.
Maximum of 2 pets per home.
Pets must not weigh more than 50 pounds.
Dogs require $500 deposit and $75 pet rent.
Cats require $500 deposit and $75 pet rent.
Breed restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dogs, American Staffordshire Terriers, Argentine Dogos, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Doberman Pinchers, Fila Brasileiros, German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Perro de Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tosa Inus, Wolf Hybrids or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted at our community. We are so happy here that we just renewed our lease. The location is ideal close to BART and I680/24. We can be in downtown SF in no time (BART or driving) and Sacramento in an hour. The resident parking is ideal, and the BART station has free parking nights/weekends for guests. The kitchen has all new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and even a fireplace. They recently installed a beautiful wooden floor in the kitchen.

What can't I say about this place?! As a first time apartment renter, it was very scary for me to find an apartment that I would feel comfortable and at home with. Park regency is that place for me. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help with any issues we may have. The maintenance staff is extremely prompt and efficient and arrive within minutes of being contacted. Some of the awesome amenities include: -gated complex with full time security -mulitiple pools -covered parking spots
