We are so happy here that we just renewed our lease. The location is ideal close to BART and I680/24. We can be in downtown SF in no time (BART or driving) and Sacramento in an hour. The resident parking is ideal, and the BART station has free parking nights/weekends for guests. The kitchen has all new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and even a fireplace. They recently installed a beautiful wooden floor in the kitchen.
What can't I say about this place?! As a first time apartment renter, it was very scary for me to find an apartment that I would feel comfortable and at home with. Park regency is that place for me. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help with any issues we may have. The maintenance staff is extremely prompt and efficient and arrive within minutes of being contacted. Some of the awesome amenities include: -gated complex with full time security -mulitiple pools -covered parking spots
